Baru-baru ni Mama tebang dua pohon pisang Raja, dan dapat dua tandan pisang Raja yang besar gedabak hoi.!! Pisang Raja memang sedap kalau dah masak ranum. Pisang ni kalau tunggu 3 hari lagi, uummmm mesti manis leting!
Pisang goreng dah tiap-tiap petang buat dah, kek pisang pun dah buat. Tapi biasalah kan, bila sesuatu tu dah banyak, memang slow je orang makan..tak berapa nak laku.
Jadi today is Sunday..haha Syu dapat ilham nak improvise kek pisang resipi asal dari Mama, tapi tambah adunan kek coklat dalam satu kek. Hahaha inilah rupanya bila aku dirasuk semangat rajin memasak. Jaga-jaga, stand back..resipi baru bakal tercipta. (^_^)
Nah ni dia kek yang dah siap.Kek Pisang Coklat
Bahan-bahan
5 ulas pisang
4 biji telur gred B
1 cawan gula
1 cawan minyak masak
1 sudu besar ovallette
1 sudu esence vanilla
1½ cawan tepung gandum |____ Diayak
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat | bersama
½ cawan serbuk koko
1½ sudu besar susu pekat Cap Teko (ori)
Cara-cara
1. Masukkan pisang, telur, gula, minyak masak, ovallette, esen vanila dalam blender.
2. Kisar sampai lebu/lumat. Kemudian tuangkan ke dalam bekas mengadun kek
3. Masukkan tepung dan soda ke adunan, gaulkan dengan whisk hingga sebati
4. Asingkan adunan kepada dua bahagian
5. Campurkan serbuk koko dan susu pekat kedalam salah satu adunan dan kacau sebati
6. Tuang kedalam loyang/acuan berselang-seli supaya membentuk macam kek marble
7. Kukus selama sejam. Annur suka kukus sebab senang.
8. Kalau nak bakar, set suhu pada 180℃ selama 45 minit
Siap! Eh lupa plak nak taruk gambar kek.
Nota: Selain pisang Raja, Pisang berangan dan pisang emas pun boleh guna.
